We do this by designing the production artwork to match your machines capabilities using the most up to date software and processes. We then match the artwork to our cutting die cad files ensuring a precisely matched set of printing plates and cutting dies that work on YOUR equipment. No more mismatched Lead edges, Wrong line screens, or Insufficient traps.
Our plates are produced using either MacDermid’s “LTL” Liquid or Dupont’s “Cyrel” Sheet Resins. These materials are not the “Cheapest” available but they are by far the best the industry has to offer thus insuring you the highest quality results when mated to your equipment. Great Pre-Press and Printing Plates are meaningless unless the plates can be mounted precisely. Our state of the art “2014” Dual Camera Optimount3000 allows us to mount plates within .002 of an inch. Although .002” is a tighter tolerance than any corrugated flexo can handle, it allows a wider operating window on your press as opposed to our pre-press.
We produce all of our printing plates faster than anyone else, to a quality standard second to none and we do it with a very competitive price.
MATERIALS
We have the solution for corrugated printing
We use a liquid photopolymer; a 32 Durometer (Shore A) resin. It is tack-free, high resilience ensuring lint free printing, provides excellent solid coverage and is easy to clean up on the press. The resin is dyed red. This allows for assistance in mounting. The plates are also UV resistant, heat and humidity stable,

Our creative department can accept your artwork. We are able to adapt the design, retouch, produce a high end comp and a 3D computer generated image. We are guided by industry standards of operating procedures, and we also have experience with color and print management. Proofs can be transmitted through the internet and we accept approvals remotely.

Some of our samples include an invite with wolf teeth for the Animal Planet, an announcement for Marvel Comics and Twentieth Century Fox announcing the return of the Fantastic 4 and The Silver Surfer and a greeting card that creates a 3D Forest for an office desk.
